Administration

The Administration Department consists of support staff with responsibilities for functions all administrative issues, Legal and Public Relations activities and camp maintenance across the Group.

The Administration Department provides services as under:

New Visa Processing

Renewal of Visas, Passports, Resident Cards

Staff accommodation facilities and maintenance

Travel arrangements

Medical Insurance and Medical facilities for employees at project site

Welfare facilities including Hygienic Mess, Staff recreation club, etc.

Procurement of Stationery, GSM, Office Equipment and furniture

Compliance of statutory requirements, Legal opinion /assistance

Provision and maintenance of office space with furniture and fixtures

Facilities Management for Group offices and owned/leased accommodations

Leave & Settlement processing

Negotiation & Leasing arrangements for accommodations for residential/commercial purposes, plots for various official requirements

In other words, the Department has many different roles and activities, but the common objective is to ensure that the Group is in a position to succeed with its main tasks.
