The workshop was inaugurated by Shahzad Sadan, GM-Organisational Development. He addressed the employees to become successful by Managing time. He reiterated the following, "Being successful does not make you manage your time well. Managing your time well makes you successful."

One of the hallmarks of successful people is that they manage their time well and do all that to get what they want. They reach the pinnacle of success by managing themselves in all spheres of life. Let us learn from the best people who have succeeded and use the tools and techniques to make us successful and our life happier.

The employees also took the assessment on their 'Time Management Behavior' and they were able to make an action plan to manage their time and more so manage themselves. The entire focus was on understanding oneself to manage oneself. The IT tool of MS Outlook was explained in detail so that employees will use the tool properly and utilize their time productively. 90% of the participants gave excellent feedback and all of them wanted the program to be conducted for all employees.

A follow-up workshop will be conducted to look at the challenges faced by employees in implementing the learnings.
