Mr. Salman said, "Our first thoughts are for the people of Japan who have so suddenly and so deeply been affected by this crisis. The damages in Japan and the need for support are immeasurable. Our hearts go out to those in Japan during this difficult time," said Maqbool Ali Salman. He added, "As a responsible corporate citizen, Al Hassan Group has always had a strong commitment to providing crisis response and assisting those in need. Earlier, last year, we had similarly contributed to the Flood Relief Efforts in Pakistan."

To help the victims of The March 11 earthquake and tsunami which have left behind a trail of unprecedented devastation in Japan, Mr. Maqbool Ali Salman, Managing Director, Al Hassan Group of Companies, on behalf of the organization and its employees today presented a cheque of 10,000 RO towards Friends of Japan Relief Fund to H.E. Seiji Morimoto, Japanese Ambassador to the Sultanate.
