Al-Hassan Toastmasters Club wins 1st prize in International Contest (02 Mar 2015)
Al-Hassan Toastmasters Club recently participated in the Area 67 contest held on 27th February 2015. The Al-Hassan Toastmasters Club (ATHC) had active participation in all four competitive categories. AHTC President TM Sheikh Hisham was also the contest Chair for the International Contest.
TM Hisham Sheikh participated in the Humorous Contest. TM Vijay Shreedharan participated in the Evaluation Contest. TM Hasham Baig participated in the Table Topics contest and TM Adeel Naqvi represented AHTC in the International Contest Category. Also, TM Ali Hussain Balva and TM Murtaza Rizvi joined as volunteers.
In the International Speech Contest, TM Adeel Naqvi won 1st prize amongst participants representing Toastmaster Clubs from Area 67 from Oman. TM Adeel won with his speech entitled, "When did you grow up?". TM Adeel Naqvi shall now represent AHTC and Area 67 at the Divisional Contest to be held in April 2015.
