AHEC provides EPC services for Oil and Gas production facilities mainly comprising of Tank Farms, Oil Export Pumps, Deep Water Disposal Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Separators, Hot Oil Furnaces, Chemical Injection Facilities, Instrument Air Systems, Gas Compressor Systems, Flare Systems, Rack Piping for Carbon Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel & GRE, Drain Vessels, Sub-stations, Overhead Lines, Transformer & Switchgear Installations, Control & Relay Systems, SCADA System, Field Instrumentation and Control System, Cathodic Protection, Telecom System including Fibre Optic Cables. AHEC also provides EPC services for pipeline construction and testing & commissioning of block valve stations. AHEC's expertise includes EPC and commissioning of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation for Composite Station Works.

Kauther Gas Field Depletion Compression Project

Full Field Water Injection Facilities

Project Synopsis: Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) project comprising of Bulk Fluid Separation & Water Injection Facilities. New facilities to process 55000 cubic meters/day gross fluids, emulsion production of 7500 cubic meters/day and produced water of 40000 cubic meters/day

Project Scope: Consisting of 2 X Free Water Knock Out (FWKO) Tanks 39 m dia x 12.5 m height, 3 X Emulsion Pumps, 2 X Water Injection Pumps, 21 km Gas Line, 12”/18”/24” Header Pipelines, Carbon Steel/GRE/SS/DSS Piping, Flare System with Knock Out Vessels, OHL, 33 kV GIS, 50 MVA Transformers, Control, Automation & Metering System, SCADA & Telecom System, Foundation work for Tanks & Pumps, Switchgear & Control Room Building including HVAC System, Electrical & Instrumentation Cabling

Gas and Condensate Development Project

Location: Shams Gas Field – Block 44, Ibri, Oman
Year of Award: 2005

Project Synopsis: Shams Gas and Condensate Development Project is owned by PTTEP Oman, which has concession area in Gasfield Block 44.

Project Scope: Complete Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation and Structural, Mechanical and Piping works for Shams Central Processing Plant of capacity 20,000 bpd of Condensate and 100 SCF Sweet Natural Gas per day. EPC for 32 km of 12" Gas Pipeline and 107 km of Condensate Export Pipeline.

Award: This project was awarded the Best Project for 2007 by Construction Week, Dubai under Small Projects category.

Construction of 10" Flow lines & Well Facilities

Project Scope: Excavation and Installation of 7 X 10” New Flow Lines, Backfilling and Hydrotesting of Pipelines, Civil Works including Site Grading, Excavation, Concreting, Backfilling, Fencing and Gates, Electrical Panels/Instrument Installation, Cabling And Termination.

Supply and Fabrication of Well Heads Kits and MSV Skids

Project Scope: Supply and fabrication of well pad hook ups piping along with all required fittings and valves for 13 different areas. Total 150 nos. of such skids in different dimensions.

Gas Treatment Plant

Project Synopsis: Plant is designed to treat 20 million cubic meters of natural gas and 10,000 cubic meters of condensate per day.

Project Scope: EPC Execution of 20 million cubic meters/day Capacity Gas Treatment Plant with associated facilities, Piping upto 20" Dia DSS (30,000 Inch Dia Welding), Piping upto 24" Dia CS/AS (50,000 Inch Dia Welding), Excavation and Laying of 6", 8" & 10" 45 km Gas Flow Line, Construction of DB/Panels Building, Erection of Structural Steel and Rack Of 400MT, CMEI and Telecommunication Installation assistance in Pre-Commissioning as well as Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance for one year and Procurement of Bulk Material as well as certain equipment.
