Gas and Condensate Development Project Gas and Condensate Development Project

Project Synopsis: Shams Gas and Condensate Development Project is owned by PTTEP Oman, which has concession area in Gasfield Block 44.

Project Scope: Complete Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation and Structural, Mechanical and Piping works for Shams Central Processing Plant of capacity 20,000 bpd of Condensate and 100 SCF Sweet Natural Gas per day. EPC for 32 km of 12" Gas Pipeline and 107 km of Condensate Export Pipeline.

Award: This project was awarded the Best Project for 2007 by Construction Week, Dubai under Small Projects category.

Project Synopsis: Plant is designed to treat 20 million cubic meters of natural gas and 10,000 cubic meters of condensate per day.

Project Scope: EPC Execution of 20 million cubic meters/day Capacity Gas Treatment Plant with associated facilities, Piping upto 20" Dia DSS (30,000 Inch Dia Welding), Piping upto 24" Dia CS/AS (50,000 Inch Dia Welding), Excavation and Laying of 6", 8" & 10" 45 km Gas Flow Line, Construction of DB/Panels Building, Erection of Structural Steel and Rack Of 400MT, CMEI and Telecommunication Installation assistance in Pre-Commissioning as well as Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance for one year and Procurement of Bulk Material as well as certain equipment.

Awards: Best Project award in 2005 by PDO.
Oman's Best Project by "Dubai Construction Week" Magazine in 2005.
